Private Guitar
Le Salon de Musique is simply my home studio where I teach guitar in Repentigny, Qc., 20 minutes east of Montréal. Ranging from regular weekly study to working on a certain technique such as slide guitar, alternate tunings, improvisation, fingerstyle, or even songwriting ideas, it's all good! I also can give instruction on the road in the form of a workshop for a group, or even private sessions can be arranged when I am playing in or near your town.
I work with all ages and playing levels, as long as the interest is there! I like to work with my book (Essential Guitar Tools), and in conjunction with that we can go in many different musical directions. Obviously, I am known as a blues player, but I am also very adept at chord structures and voicings, and at breaking all the rules in general. Simply put, your guitar playing will advance (regardless of where it’s at), and fun is guaranteed!

I also provide a guitar repair service. My expertise ranges from basic set-ups to fret dressings, and making new nuts and saddles by hand from the finest available materials, regluing braces, etc.
